I hereby authorize Exposé Skin to process credit card payments from the credit card saved on file when booking. Clients must have an active credit card on file or risk any future appointments being cancelled without notice. I understand credit card payments will only be charged for missed, no show or late appointments fees without my approval. Failure to have an active card on file will result in cancellation of any future appointments and also a suspension in booking any service until a new card is presented and payment is collected.

CANCELLATIONS

I understand everyone's time is valuable. I kindly and respectfully ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you fail to confirm your appointment by text, email or phone call prior to appointment Exposé Skin reserves the right to cancel and charge the full amount of the appointment. If full payment is not received you must pay an invoice prior to booking another appointment at Exposé Skin. Exposé Skin reserves the right to charge full price of this service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled within a 48 hour advance notice. A client with 3 cancellations in a row risks being terminated from Exposé Skin.

LATE

If you are 15 minutes late to an appointment you will automatically be billed a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes I will reschedule your appointment and charge full cost of the service. Three no shows in any 12 month period will result in termination from Exposé Skin.

REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services, no exceptions.
